Available exclusively to visitors, these blended malts, aged for 12, 18 and 25 years, transport Adventurers into the future, emulating the style and character of the whiskies to be released from The Cairn in years to come. A whisky expert guides you through the intriguing pathways of an unforgettable experience before you descend to the comfortable surroundings of The Gathering to enjoy tapas, influenced by the flavours of the whisky and shaped by quality ingredients from the local area.
The menu in The Gathering is curated by one of the UK's leading chefs, Tim Maddams, and includes a selection of charcuterie, cured fish, fine cheeses all served with the finest local bread and seasonal greens.
